Ava is gifted with a true musical spirit; she credits neo-soul powerhouses India Arie, Jill Scott, and Alicia Keys as well as master singer-songwriters Sara Bareilles and Tracy Chapman as her most prominent musical influences, all of which are reflected in her distinctive blend of soulful grooves and acoustic-pop. Her dedication to authenticity and empowering the voices of marginalized communities through her lyrics make her the unique artist she is today. Ava is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and continues to share her music locally in and around Boston.
